Val’s career in real estate management spans over 25 years, with three different companies, all right here in Northern Virginia. She was Long & Foster’s Manager of the Year in 2001, and the Fair Oaks Office is consistently among the company’s top branch offices in the Northern Virginia region and companywide for production. Val is a natural teacher and trainer, and motivating her agents includes bringing them the best information possible from many resources. Val has been active in state and local real estate boards, holding a variety of positions. She is also licensed as an Associate Broker in both MD and DC, and continues to teach real estate classes in both MD and VA. A longtime resident of this area, Val still finds time for volunteer work and for her family, and she encourages her agents to find a good work-life-community balance as well.
